tty paging arrives
Installed (in /newunix, not yet in production) Ron Gomes' modified tty
driver with a paging feature:  "stty page nn" sets the number of lines
of output that should be printed at a time without input from the keyboard;
a newline goes on to the next "page".  Pretty much like a built-in
version of p(1).

Stty(1) modified to suit.
