The previous gripe is unanswerable:  there is no way to do what is
being asked without REMOVING the ability to write on a file in the
current directory (or relative to the current directory).  Or at
least having to introduce some clumsy and confusing syntax.  There
is probably no good solution to this one short of a rather more
complex mail system, like Rand's MH system (which we will be getting
at some point).
