fsck lost+found imperfect
Fsck is not smart enough to write the ENTIRE directory entry when it
adds a file to a lost+found directory;  this means that if the previous
file in the entry had a name at least two characters longer, unspeakable
filenames result (yes, this old V6 problem is still here).
