mkfs sequences
The proper sequences for mkfsing the filesystems on this disk are as follows:
mkfs /dev/root 30400 22 608
mkfs /dev/tmp 12160 22 608
mkfs /dev/zoo 243200 22 608 { 29472 57443 59899 161823 189383 189991 }
mkfs /dev/usr 152000 22 608 { 6286 6894 61097 70100 70708 74964 75572 139533 }
The 22 and 608 are disk-interleaving factors, the lists of numbers in braces
are bad blocks.  All of this will be written up in a proper manual page
shortly.
