kernel fpsim arrives
We are now running a Unix with a kernel floating-point simulator installed.
This is still somewhat experimental and has been only sketchily tested
so far, so tread lightly.  More testing is coming soon.  Many thanks are
owed to Mike Tilson of HCR, who let us have the original from which this
is derived.
