fpsim(3) documented
Another forgotten item last night:  fpsim(3E) documents the floating-point
simulator.  The E suffix in chapter 3 is a new one, intended for manual
pages that describe the environment in which programs run (C calling
conventions, etc etc.).  More 3E pages are coming.
