documentation
1.  the new xeroxes of /bin/ed documentation sitting on the table in 336
    is grossly out-of-date.
2.  why weren't users provided with a somewhat more detailed list of
    program changes and additions that exist on our new system, e.g.
    cp, mv, ps, learn, man, write (no messages yet), ttys, wc, etc.
    (and, of course, the editor changes).
