executable .profile's
Followed a suggestion of Ian's and revised newuser(1) so that .profile
files are created marked executable, partly because once in a long while
one does want to say ".profile" rather than ". .profile" and partly because
they are, after all, executed, and it's nice to have the bits match
the usage.
