Subject: fuel cells

I'm not sure, but I've never heard of fuel cells which react
oxygen and nitrogen.  Oxygen and hydrogen sounds a lot more
likely.  In fact, one of the problems aboard the ill-fated
Apollo 13 mission was a shortage of water, due to the loss
of an oxygen tank which was supposed to feed into fuel cells
and produce water as a byproduct.
