refueling starts
Technicians began to reload nitrogen tetroxide propellant
into the shuttle today.  They entered the orbiter at 12 N
and began to cool the fuel to 60 degreed F to reduce the
chances of fumes.  So far, everything is on schedule for
a 4 November launch.
