procedural complaint
One of Unix's virtues is that the system and its utilities do not run off
at the mouth.  It is annoying that unix-wizards is distributed via the
mouthiest piece of software I have ever seen, to wit the mailer program
that insists on sending me endless 170-line messages telling me who
did/didn't get my 10-line letter!  This is ridiculous, folks -- isn't
there some way to shut the damn thing up?
