Wern has done the power-supply wiring and suchlike to make Star Ring
operational again and has done the physical shuffling to get everything
into the right place.  05 #1 turns out to need new cooling fan(s), and
consequently things are still powered down, but this should be a quick
fix.  The 05's also need console cables, which Wern hopes to wire Fri.
morning.  He has tested the Camac interface using the in-lab crate and
the lights-and-switches panel;  it works.
