unclosed .KE
The zoo macro package has been fixed to complain about situations where
a keep has been started and not ended properly, i.e. when a .KE is
followed by another .KE or a .FN without an intervening .EK.  It supplies
an error message via a new internal macro .Uk;  the message includes
the line numbers of the unclosed .KE and the offending .KE/.FN.  The
message appears both in the output file (conspicuously marked!) and on
the user terminal.  One minor flaw:  it does not know and hence cannot print
the file name(s).

This may result in complaints from some old files which (by a fluke) used
to format fine.
