LAUNCH SUCCESSFUL
THE BIRD IS UP!  THE BIRD IS UP!
At around 1010 EST, 10 minutes after scheduled, the
Columbia started its second trip into space.  There
was a 10 minute delay at T-9:00 when the range safety
officer had to switch to a back up carrier wave.  However,
everything was decided to be OK and the Columbia was launched.
Right now, they have completed OMS-1 and are coming up on OMS-2
in about 20 minutes.  Stay tuned to this station for further
details.
