Job Control for 2.8BSD
The job control dir on the distribution is complete trash. It was left on
without my consent . You would have better luck with starting from scratch
than from that code.

The next release of the system (probably sometime in December) has it in the
system properly. There are two computers running the code now, and after two
weeks the number will go up to four or five. One remaining problem is that the
csh for using that feature is so large it seems that it will have to run 
overlayed on non-sep machines.
