spell(1) work
Moved /usr/lib/spell to /usr/lib/speller, to avoid a name conflict with
the spell program itself in figuring out where to park the sources.  Fixed
spell proper to standardize PATH before calling anything else.  Made the
first steps towards updating our dictionary to add some local usage.
