whois+/etc/users shuffle
Whois(1) has been modified so /etc/users can be kept sorted.  I also
added an early-morning entry to crontab to sort /etc/users if necessary;
this guarantees proper sorting and also makes it unnecessary to manually
sort when adding new users.
