YANG (Yet Another Newsgroup)?

Well the airheads, or flyboys, or whatever the aviation group
is calling itself has a newsgroup, why not one for the bubbleheads?

Anyone interested in forming a newsgroup for SCUBA diving reply
to either me or "net.scuba".
