For the record, it might be noted that Cable News Network consistently
provides the most complete coverage of all shuttle activities (and all
other news events, I might add).  For the shuttle launches, they
began essentially continuous programming 6 hours ahead.  If your
local cable system provides CNN, punt the networks and stick with them.
