I have modified the UNIX/32V C compiler to generate MACRO instead of
UNIX assembler, and I am willing to send you my compiler and runtime
library.  You have to have a UNIX license first, of course...

Also, Dave Kashtan at SRI has produced a package called Eunice which
provides a UNIX environment on VMS.  Part of the package is the UNIX
C compiler, UNIX assembler, etc.  SRI sells it for $300 to educational
institutions.  I think you can reach Kashtan on SRI-UNIX.
