hack terminals
The terminals in 336A and 336B are provided primarily for use by the
hacks, and are located in offices containing private files etc.  They
therefore are not generally available to users.  Users may sometimes be
permitted to use an office terminal, with the approval of the tenant(s)
of the office;  this is a privilege, not a right, and this should be
made clear to users who are given such permission.  There should also
be some specific reason for granting permission, e.g. all public
terminals in use, as otherwise users do come to think of it as a right.
Hacks granting such permission are also responsible for the behavior
of the user in question.
