staff terminals
The terminals in 336A and 336B are provided primarily for use by the
staff, and are located in offices containing private files etc.  They
therefore are not generally available to users.  Users may sometimes be
permitted to use an office terminal, if there is a good reason for it;
this is a privilege, not a right, and should not be taken for granted.
