how to post 4bsd bugs
While I have no objection to a newsgroup net.4bsd-bugs, note that
this is not the proper way to tell Berkeley about bugs you found
in 4bsd.  You should send mail to ucbvax!4bsd-bugs.  There is nobody
at Berkeley watching this group and putting it on the bug list,
as far as I know.  If your bug is also worth telling the world about
(e.g. so serious it shouldn't just be fixed in the next bsd) then
posting to net.4bsd-bugs in addition seems like the way to do it.
