Refer and the me macros
In the documentation for the -me nroff macro package, it says that -me
can be used with refer(1).  However, it certainly doesn't work, and
examination of /usr/lib/tmac/tmac.e reveals no traces of any of the things
that are needed to handle the output of refer.

Is this a documentation bug or a distribution bug or does anybody know?

Has anybody enhanced -me to work with refer?  (If so, please get in touch
with me.)
