mwhs fixed again
The more important component of the fix to mwhs, which got missed last
time due to a misunderstanding, has been put in.  A side effect of this
is that dotfill(1) may work even more poorly on the Multiwriter than
it used to, but then it never did work well on the MW and I long ago
gave up on trying to make it do so.
