"csrg" and "dmitri" changes

I have fixed up my utilites "dmitri" and "csrg" to comply with new 'cu'
standards.  Be warned -- the "csrg" utility does NOT have the "don't hang
up the line on ~." feature.  This is at the request of Henry, to help
prevent leaving the csrg line on by mistake. "dmitri" does not hang
up, so you can reset the speed on the remote terminal.
