backups imperfect
Due to some problems with the tape drive, the Sunday backups are a
trifle incomplete.  /zoo is backed up but /usr and root are not.
This is not a big problem, we'll just have somewhat larger daily
backups of usr and root until next Sunday.  There will be no other
major repercussions;  the tape set is scheduled to get used again
before it goes out to the monthlies, so the anomaly will end there.
