Updating options listjoke.all
It would be nice to be able to update the options list in .newsrc
while reading news (by escaping to the shell and using an editor).
However, when readnews quits, it writes over the options list in
.newsrc wiping out any changes that have been made to it. Thus one
must exit readnews before updating the options list. I find this 
annoying, especially since I find myself cancelling new newsgroups
almost every time I read the news.
