Extra Recipients of SIG-GROG Messages

It appears that there is a bug in the Score mailer program that causes
any messages sent to SIG-GROG also get sent to Editor-People and/or
Human-Nets.  This bug has been forwarded to our mail wizard.  Please don't
reply to me and especially don't cc to SIG-GROG because 1) You are NOT on
the SIG-GROG mailing list, and 2) anything sent to SIG-GROG gets forwarded
to everyone else out there now getting mail improperly.
