hang your tape on your TU78, mount is with /FOREIGN.  You might
have to write a program using $QIO to read it.  Is your tape 
SL (standard labelled), NL (non labelled) or AL (Ascii labelled)?
You might have to do extra work depending on that.  For example,
you will have to use a runtime library routine to translate from
EBCDIC to ASCII.  Good luck.  I will have to do it soon, so please
keep in touch.  Supposedly there are some programs on the VAX SIG
tapes which will do this.  If I remember right, CWRU folks donated
some software at the last DECUS in Miami Beach...
