ethnic jokes
I don't mind telling polish or jewish jokes, but only]
because I am polish and jewish.  This, however, only
works if the person hearing the joke knows it too.
How about replacing the ethnic reference in these jokes
with the meta-pronoun "moron".  I.e.
Did you hear about the moron who joined the FBI but was
hospitalized with severe burns on his mouth?  His first
mission was to blow up a bus.
Of course, this won't work for polish pope jokes.
