19/5/26 is bad
Disk block 19/5/26 is a marginal bad block that the system is likely
to complain about when doing full backups.  Our current kludgey ways
of building a system on a blank pack make it awkward to set up a bad-
block list for root, which is where this one is, so it did not get
included in the bad-block list as it should have.  So far the only
effect is several disk error messages during the full backup of root;
the system eventually succeeds in reading the block.  Ignore it;
it does no particular harm, and it'll get fixed up eventually.
