How to handle fa. groups
If you are concerned about people posting to fa. groups, you can of course
delete them from your ngfile.  As an alternate, since all your fa.news should
come only from one site, you can just only forward net. news to that site.

Thus our sys file says:

decvax:net.all:A

so if somebody uses inews for posting fa. type news, it goes to the other
people we forward news tox, but not to decvax and the rest of the world.

This of course defeats the idea of using fa. group forwarding as a method
of talking only to the usenet about a topic, but I haven't had a request
from anybody to do this yet.  If somebody does, we might change it.
