B readnews bug
A further to the bug report made by bdparsons at this site.
The bug is in readr.c, and is caused by a call to fclose with a zero argument.
It occurs when using the 'p' command, which somehow results in pointing
at a zero news item, and when a - command is used to restore (a natural reaction
I would think) the bad call occurs
