This is a bug in gamma B netnews.  Any beginning lines which begin
with an upper case letter and also contain a colon are interpreted
as unrecognized header lines and thrown away.  The fix is to make
the "type" function smarter, at least, that's an improvement, but
Q: does look like a header line.  A better fix hopefully will be
in the release.
