Censorship Discussions
The discussions of Netwaves freedom (kudos to whoever invented the term)
are larger than the net.jokes issues.  Further, those interested
may obviously not want to subsdcribe to jokes, but to participate in
the meta-jokes discussions.

What we need is a version of the CB rradio protocol in which a conversation
is started on the common channel, and then migrated to a different
band.  Although I don't know if it really works, it seems intact with
the possible problem that if one missed the initiation of such
an interchange, they wouldn't even know it existed (tho' potentially
interested).
