I think the idea of forcing a signature line on submitted articles
is excellent. Of course there are ways around it, but I think
some people will think a little more before submitting stuff
if they know their name will be attached to it, not just
some horrendously long address string.

I have been offended by some of the stuff in net.jokes.q, but
I am willing to let it go on -- I don't want to censor stuff,
because I strongly believe in free speech. I also believe in
good taste -- but some folks out there don't seem to.  I got
tired of dead baby jokes in junior high school.
