ethnic jokes
I would sumbit the inclusion of ethnic jokes is a proper thing
for net.jokes. But let's *REALLY* make them ethnic jokes.
For example:

	Two ethnics were going fishing...

	How many ethnics does it take...

If your potential submission to net.jokes depends on denigrating
a specific national origin (i.e., the punch-line depends on
recognizing some allegedly inferior trait of a particular ethnic
group) then KEEP IT TO YOURSELF!!! If, on the other hand, it
relates to something positive and/or uplifting, then by all
means submit it. Lord knows we can use all the cheer we can get.
