We have two connected to our 11/70 via an S.I. controller.
We've had them for 14 months.
We had a motor controller board go bad and it took S.I.
about 6 weeks to fix it.  The biggest reason they had
so much trouble was they refused to believe it might
be the drive that was bad. They replaced the controller
twice over before they looked into the drive.
The second time the motor board went, it only took them
a week to fix.  Since last february they've been very solid.
Thought I'd sent this along since we seem to be the only
people on earth to ever have them break.
