Yes, we have accounting for virgin v7 and 2.8BSD. It charges for
cpu and console (prime and non-prime), line-printer, photo-typesetter,
and disk. The changed programs are login, lpt daemon, and quot.
Also, there are a couple of programs that mung the accounting files
and produce statistics reports/letters, etc.
