standard format digests

The RMAIL and Babyl mail readers used on ITS and other Emacs sites have an
Undigestify command.  It works on all the digests I'm on.  I guess it sets a
"standard" of sorts, in that I've had pretty good luck in getting moderators of
new lists to conform to its (minimal) format requirements.  If you'd like, I
can send you the source for the command.  It is written in Teco, but is pretty
well commented.  Let me know if you can use it.  It probably doesn't do much
for non-arpanet digests.
