standard format digests

During the great "lets index HUMAN-NETS" hash, Roger and I 
(mostly Roger) wrote some software to extract digest headers
and pry them apart into seperate lines of subject,topic,date.
This software is (I believe) still extant, and is written in
MacLisp. If nothing else, it provides a useful methodology
for digest header extraction. By the way, I still plan to
write a HMNNETS index during my employ by AI. This will
cover most of the Duffey era, volume 2-3:100+. Look for it
late this spring.
