non-DEC Massbus controllers

It's fairly well known that Emulex is preparing a DEC-emulating real
Massbus disk controller for announcement in the next few months.
Presumably the development means that they have already decided to weather
whatever legal barrage DEC throws at them; but perhaps they, like other
compainies (ie.  National Semiconductor) will back out at the last minute.
