VAX phys
	We have been using the V7 'phys' call to communicate with
special graphics peripherals on our PDP-11s. Does anyone know if the
phys call can, or will make it to the UCB VAX Unix system?
In particular, can it be put into 4.1 BSD?

	It seems like there might be fundamental problems in
implementing this feature. Any comments would be appreciated. Perhaps
an alternate mechanism could be suggested to allow us to easily
access Unibus registers from a user program.
