Could you imagine the sort of Question Time he would undergo after making such a move? (Government ministers in Parliamentry countries are subject to regular interrogations in the Parliament; for some examples of what goes on during Question Time, listen to Sunday Morning on CBC/NPR.) Surely Britain has roughly the same laws about the Royal Family, and yet look at all the jokes about the Royal Family on BBC Comedy Shows.
