power-supply change
I've changed the power connections in the expansion box to put the 4-slot
backplane (containing the card reader and papertape reader interfaces and
a pair of DLs) onto the "good" +5V supply;  it alone remained on the "bad"
one.  This may clear up some recent problems.

Coming back up was delayed by a crash at the very end of the reboot;  cause
unknown and it did not recur.  Should probably have dumped it but didn't
think of it.
