Well taken, Bill.  It looks like we should keep net.news for discussions
of the news software, and have a few more newsgroups.  I propose:
	net.usenet	for discussions about the net and policies
	net.newsite	for a new site to announce itself
	net.map		to post maps and discuss maps of USENET.
	net.dir		to post the USENET directory to (I'll post this soon)
Sound reasonable?
