	The gateway works by having an entry in the sys file for
a fake system, which pipes into a special mail program. Thus 
net.space.news could be excluded.
	However, I dont really see why it should be excluded. Dont
you want arpa people to see this stuff?
	What net.space is is a sort of experiment to see what happens
if the same material is available both in net. immediate distribution
and fa. delayed and digested form. Its a bit inefficient, but its
a test on one list and I dont plan to do any others anytime soon.
If people really dont like it Ill flush it.
