	There are good reviews of SWL receivers in the World Radio TV
Handbook, published by Billboard each year.  (The WRTH is considered
the standard SWL reference.)  It should be available in most libraries.
The new one is coming out in about 3 weeks.  The 1981 edition reviewed
portables; I think the 1982 will review expensive receivers, but I'm
not certain.)
