This seems to be the best forum to announce this to, since I presume
most digest moderators and mailing-list maintainers are on this list.
UCB-C70 (or BERKELEY) is down with hardware problems; nobody knows
when it will come back up.  You might as well suspend mailing of the
15 or so digests which get sent to "post-info-mumble@berkeley" until
it comes back up, because COMSAT will probably start returning
messages to their senders a day or two from now.
